Notice to vendors wishing to do business with A and N
Only certain corporate officers of A and N have the authority to enter into contracts on behalf of the company. Employees of A and N who do not hold corporate office, including branch managers and mortgage consultants, do not have any authority to contract on behalf of the company. A and N reserves the right to rescind any contracts entered into by an employee lacking authority and any vendor or service provider who enters into a contract with any such employee does so at their own risk.
