The Program
- Owner occupied; 1 unit, warrantable condo, PUD.
- Loan amounts up to $850,000 with 3% down payment.
- Loan amounts up to $1,000,000 with 5% down payment.
- Loan amounts up to $1,500,000 with 10% down payment.
- Gracious with student loan debt.
- Minimum credit score of 680.
Eligible Borrowers
- Eligible to first-time homebuyers only.*
- Available to medical professionals including C.N.S., C.R.N.A., N.P., P.A., and R.N.
- Medical doctors with an M.D., D.O., D.D.S., D.M.D., O.D., D.P.M., D.V.M., degree are also permitted.
