Eric joined the mortgage industry in 1994 after attending San Jose University. Having received several Top Producer awards throughout his career as a loan originator, Eric has also spent time in Mortgage Banking as an Operations Manager. This gave him greater insight and allowed him to work directly with referral partners and industry professionals. With almost three decades of experience helping borrowers reach their goals, he says, “There is nothing better than closing a loan and seeing the happy smiles and sense of joy my borrowers have when they have realized one of their dreams.”

Eric brings a unique mixture of creativity and analytical thinking.
